                      statement of events:chris zucker (i shall leave out names and entities for the moment ) .I swear the events that appear in this statement are all true. That some facts are omitted at this time.That on or about 7-5-2001. I met a woman,living in mastic beach L.I.n.y. she has three children.she was seperated from her husband,who was removed from the residence for being an abusive   alcholic.The husband a former restaurant owner,with mob ties.and an uncle with political affiliation,who got judges re-elected.The plot  by the husband and uncle, to take the kids  and have the wife arrested and  killed..The oldest  son missing,his father and at his fathers insistance.told his son to claim,his mother had struck him.the incident was   proven false years later. PD. arrived and arrested the wife.  Based on no physical  evidence ,and no investigation.just the words of a confused , misled, minor child.all three children.were removed  and sent to foster care. The wife was allowed only supervised visits on site at foster care. Mean while in family court,in an attempt  to retrieve her children.the wife had met another woman,closely related to  an  organized crime family.whether introduced by the husband,i dont call recall.    The husband signed over total ownership to the wife  The marital residence..sometime later the woman going through family court also,and may have known something.rented a basement apartment in the wifes home.approx,after a month of not paying rent the tenant called the pd.and claimed.the wife had no right to rent the house.    when the pd.showed up.and with not so much as a knock at the door. Entered the house.The wife siting in the kitchen.was then arrested. when told why.she was being arrested. The tenant claimed the husband owned the house,and the wife, had  illegally rented the tenant the apt..The wife offered proof to the police by showing the ownwership transfer paper.But the wife was arrested anyway.When the wife was away at  the time of her arrest.A neighbor across the street observed officers ,carring out a tv set and other assorted items,from the residence.the neighbor moved very soon after the incident..The following day,after being released .Returned to the residence,only  to find every lock had been changed.she  eventually got back in,and changed the locks. It was not long after,when i had met the wife. she had told me her  story and i felt sorry for her and her kids.Eventually the court released the kids to the father.They lived in a one bedroom.for four people.the kids were dirty and malnourished.meanwhile the wife lived in a five bedroom home.on weekends the woman brought them to my home to play with my daughter and my dogs.    The father was still abusive and threatend  them many times. He would have his 8 year old son start his car in the morning.on a few occassions he would drive drunk with them in the car. so when they came over theyd be so happy. They would go back to the husband and tell him,what fun they had.  But this angered him. he would attach a microphone on one of his kids,which i spotted immediatelly,and discarded.then saw him pass by the house.it was then when things started to happen.The wife asked me to drive her to court.she could not afford an atty, at the time,so she got a court appointed one.when i was there for the first time.the court claimed,the copy of the orig.document the husband signed was missing.on three seperate occassions,the copy was filed and three times missing. The court ckerk said openly ",judge this belongs in  civil not criminal." the judge gave the clerk  a full  entire arm wave to silence her.The legal aide lawyer again requested the case be dismissed.although the original document was present at this time,the judge refused to look at it.Further her accuser was never present. The accusers,the tenants mother a convicted murderess.and tenant.the mother. who bore a child born to a well known organized crime boss.when i got home i found my home had been entered,things were out of place and moved around.  We were then gangstalked by at least70 persons.they camped outside 3 to 4 cars at a time.And others waited nearby.  we went to the ny state troopers barracks.at that time i felt we could not stay at either house,so we slept out side troopl barracks on the so. state parkway for 2 nights.i began to realize these people were union members,that seemed the common denominator.I realized, that  The original document signed by the husband was the only thing.that kept the wife out of jail,And what they were looking for..I took the paper and hid it in an office building owned by  my father.On that same night i passed by the building and saw the lights on when no one was supposed to be there,many people were there.and a pd car outside.This was my fathers  personal office and no one should have been there.they were looking for the  document.  Which was hidden in the ceiling,down the hall.We then went to my parents house in merrick ny at that time. My parents were away in fla.we were followed there too.And the perps were at both exits of the block. Two days  later  i decided to go to the fbi.So on 4-19-02 we left with my three dogs,which were always with us in the car.To the fbi  at pinelawn rd,melville.ny .Along the way a tractor trailer was trying to run us off the road.we got to the building at 9am. we went up stairs to the office.and a man came out from a side door,opened the back of his coat showing his gun,and walked back into the office,he didnt sayone word to us.The office didnt open till 930am. so we decided to go the cafeteria to have breakfast.I decided to call my brother an atty. iasked him to come down while we spoke to the fbi.my parents had been alerted,by a neighbor that we were staying at the house.so by a big mistake i told them the truth.and they thought i was paranoid.so my brother must have called my mother and father and without my knowledge set us up.My brother called police and told them i had agun.And was going to use it.i never had a gun,and proved to the pd with a search.i told them we were there on business to see the fbi.we were arrested for criminal tresspass and resisting.which was total b.s. i was taken to babylon pct.put in a seperate area.my ears began to ring, which i know now was ultrasonic waves.i was drugged when the guard gave me some coffee.i began to sweat and get dizzy.the pd sent some skell outside the cell i was in many hours later.but i was working out trying not to pass out.I was pulled out of the cell and photographed again.by someone i would find out later,was a nyc.homicide cop.who was to follow me later...The next day 4-20-02  just as i was getting into a paddy wagon.On the way to arraignment court in central islip.I caught out the corner of my eye,a guard did hand a prisoner a shive.(a makeshift knife.as we got underway.the prisoner began to pass the shive along the chain to the guy sitting next to me.So i grabbed hold of the chain and held onto the chain for the entire ride 39 minutes,playing tug of war.when i exited the guard was shocked to see me get out. after awhile i was brought into the court room.when my name was  called my parents lawyer,one i never saw before said i was insane and these two idiots,who claimed to be parents,wanted me committed.keeping in mind i was never allowed to speak on my own behalf. my bail was denied although i had the money on me at the time of arrest. it was never retrieived. At this point i waited to be taken riverhead   corr.fclty.before i left this lawyer has me brought to a room,and wants me to sign commitment papers,to relinquish my property to them.i ripped up papers and threw them in his face.  i was so angry having been betrayed.that i called a the public defender,and i told him i wanted to make,them a deal.i offered to give them my inheritance if they gave me job working as a trooper.and that i would keep my mouth shut. a guard came back and took me to a control room room with computers.he typed something into it it was then i saw an image in the screen in infared.the next image was white haze which i now know to be thru the wall imageing.this was my parents standing in their bedroom.in merrick,ny,he then typed in their financial information. he whistled and began to tell the other guards they were going to be rich, they danced around laughed,and were dreaming how they were going to spend the money.when i got into the jail a group rushed me and the guards kept me in pc.a group of bikers another story i will discuss with you.that is part of this.

were taunting me through the bars.i had heard the guard tell one the bikers.he would open the cell and let them rush me the next morning.so i put a mattress across the door and tied it with the bedsheet and pillow.case.The next the morning they were surprised to see the door could not be opened. so they tried to pull off the ties,so i  splashed them with hot water from the sink and kept hold on the tied sheets. after awhile another guard saw what was going and locked down the tier. i was removed to an observation area.were a comment was made that i really turned the tables on them  upstate(this has relevency.later. i was then taken to stony  brookhospital. they had tried to get me to bellvue,in nyc but my brother,got them,to get me in stonybrook.i realize now.that it would have been easier for them.to have me,implanted at bellvue. was led into the phyc holding area in chains. i sat in in a room and was interviewed,interogated,by a group of 6 or 7 people. They asked me why i tried to kill myself.i didnt know what they were talking about. The guards said i tried to commit suicide.which was an out and out lie.i will state  this now and for the record.i will never take my own life.so if anything ever happens to me with a note or a not.It was not by own doing.to continue i was told to to sit down and to sign this paper. I REFUSED. so they signed it anyway.I was led into a room.and told to wait.Iknew something wasnt right.so i tried to escape through a drop ceiling,but a wall blocked me from passing through.so i hid in a cabinet.and waited for an opportunity to make my way out. but the place got to searching,so i came out,before they found me.i was accosted by 8 to 12 people . held and knocked out by injection. i awoke in a galvanized tub.a milky white/silvery substance .i was submersed under  with a mask over my face and a tube protuding out of the tub and substance.liquid nano polymer .people were holding me down in the tub.i had black mesh(diamonoide nano-mesh) fully wrapped around my entire body ,wrapped head to toe.the next time i awoke.i was on an operating table.a bright light overhead. there were at least six people observing,To my left.standing over and behind a male surgeon was doing something inside my mouth.which was propped open. i awoke again in a room off the area where i walked inORIGINALLY.when i first arrived. arround the entrance to the waiting area.  next to the reception desk.i was in a hospital gown. my right rar was stitched and bleeding.also the top of my head was stitched and bleeding.i looked to see a newspaper i reached over to look at the date. it was3 days later. 4 -23-02.after another day i was moved to the phyc wing.were they proceeded to shoot me with with haldol and pills to try make  me look the part. of a mental patient. i spit the pills, and held out for 30 days.i then insisted to leave after the 30 days.    when i was released it couldnt have more than a few of weeks. (laboa day weekend 2002). Before a group of 6 pd cars, showed up at my residence at 330am.at dana av in mastic ny.although i have 2 doors to the residence.they came around the back.i found  that to be  odd .To go to the back.it was like they knew how i entered and exited from the house.they had not been there before? my large dogs at the time were very large and protective  i just stayed quiet  and listened."How are we going to get this guy out?"  one of the cops said..they called a k9 unit .when he showed up he refused to enter,after hearing the dogs bark ",im not bringing my dog in that house",he was smart.but they did fully intend to break  in for absolutley no legal reason, The next day i fled the county.one month later i returned to find the garage emptied of tools.   i moved back to merrick with the parents.who slept with a chair propped under up their door. they actually believed i was crazy.what a terrible feeling to be so betrayed and mistrusted,disrespected.(ok just the facts) the .pd passed the house constantly. they would be waiting by the front door at my jobs.with this going on .I went from job to job..they (perpetrators) would sabotage the aquariums, where i workedi also the stalkers and the bikers. the cops would come to check me out. in their civilian clothes,from suff co .i was in nass co..i found a place behind a glass store front.The room had only one tiny window in bellmore ny..again the bikers came to be a problem.again i was seeing people from the hosp.,the cops,the jail at my places of employment. then again nass co pd showed up at the store front .i wasnt answering any doors. they saw  a chair i had propped up under the door handle.one of them said" thats not for us.its meant for them"(meaning thr bikers).they knew i was also being hunted by the bikers.   This time the pd spent almost 3 hours outside in the parking lot,instaling the l-rad device in my car in the parking lot.they had a mechanic and were securing the area till the job was done. this i had carefully observed. i saved up to buy a 42 ft wood boat to live on but was met on dock by a group of 20 bikers.so much for the boat. i put everythng i owned in storage,a few times .and then moved to ct. now my house is rigged with ultrasound,and now im getting covertly attacked by perpetrators in neighboring residences. theres much more. ill  leave it here for now. oh ps the directed energy killed my dog. the second one ive lost due to these criminals.i also fear for my child.they have threatened  to kill her.My family,does not believe me and makes them very vulnerable.The proof is imperative.to secure them.as well as friends and associates. should i not be successful,this statement,is very basic as .not  to give too much information to these criminals.finally these individuals are using,a voice replicator,with the brain radio.discoverd to be a sub dermal neural radio brain tramsmitter and receiver.under darpa"s synthetic

telepathy program .or its the later version of ibm 20-20 neuro-chip .it comes under recording microwave auditory (brain)to use in setting me up. SEE ILLEGAL BIOMEDICAL IMPLANTATION ON THIS SITE. AND THE LARSON REPORT..ACTUAL PICTURES/AND FULL DOCUMENTED  EVIDENCE. !!There are members of local enforcement  and members of the mob,union members . and large corporations/politicians, also complicate in this cointel pro -crime(COUNTER INTELLIGENCE PROGRAM.
